I don't think that many people know how Rotten Tomatoes work. When these people see a high RT score, they assume the site is saying that the movie is that good. It's not how it works. A 100% on RT doesn't mean the movie is a 10/10. It means that 100% of the critics think that the movie is a 6/10, or more. So, most passable movies gets a high RT score. If you want to know the real rating, check the average review score.

Under The Red Hood isn't surprising if you watch it. It's full of emotion, it's faithful to the source material, it looks great, the voice actors nailed their roles, it's exciting and never fails to entertain.

Batman:Under The Red Hood is a great animated movie, one of the best animated superhero movies, and actually better than most of the live action Batman movies

RT is a bad movie reviewing site. I tend to be more of a IMDB guy although I really don't care about a movie's score. I've seen movies with high ratings that I really didn't like and movies with low ratings that I enjoyed
