'CANNOT RESIZE' Problem FIX in Adobe Illustrator. #resizelocked #unabletoresize

I am using Adobe Illustrator CC 2018, and also a beginner. And for some reason, i cannot resize the object im making and it took me a while, to finally figure out how to fix the problem. I tried deleting and reinstalling the application itself and reboot my computer, checking bugs etc etc. I think it's just that i accidentally pressed something on keyboard. And now I am sharing you guys how to fix the #cannotresize problem and I hope it will help you too if you experience the same way i did.
