HTC U11 Screen Replacement

1. Heat gun/hair dryer
2. Guitar picks
3. Poker card
4. Phillips screwdriver
5. Tweezers
6. Metal opening tool.
7.Industrial glue adhesive.

Video is great, but I have one problem. I lost two of the parts while changing the screen :/ The 2 antennas, 1 at 1:47 and the other at 3:19. I lost both of them. Can you please specify the names of these 2 antennas so I can know what I have to look for? It would be really helpful thanks.

hello! Recently I bought used HTC U11 in a perfect condition and I changed the ROM which I didn't like, so I reverted back to stock, everything was working fine until morning when I found out that the fingerprint button, back button, recent apps button, mic and loud speaker are not working. I can charge the phone, but i cannot connect it to PC. Now my question is: is this software issue or hardware issue? If it's hardware, will the replacement of the USB motherboard fix the problem?

Who knows what the part/sensor is at 5:23? Part number shown is 37H10666-00M-A A9-B01-0306 AL-170331 Google has nothing on this part. Mine got destroyed during screen teardown.
Any guidance on the subject is appreciated!!!

Hello, i have HTC u11 128 gb memory - 6 gb ram, the LCD is broken, but i don't know what is the specific model of screen, i found many models like ( U-3w , U-1W, U-3u), how can i know and my phone model name is just HTC-u11 :(
