Just watched Hidden Blade and it was an emotional and thrilling ride. The film kept me on my toes with its vicarious, beautiful and realistic portrayal of the suffering endured by the Chinese under Japanese occupation during WWII (also hit close to home as my relatives have lived through that era). The actors and actresses are brilliant, especially Tony Leung and Yibo Wang.
