I gave you a thumbs down for a few reasons... "its the first systemic disease control" - no it was not. You did not do your reasearch into this. You did not let your audience know that this stuff is dangerous and should be used with protective gear from neck down. You didn't mention the REI which is also important for safety. There are so many aspects in this you ignored or choose to ignore.
