Asik tipped the ball UPWARD. As the ball was going up, in like a microsecond, Duncan tips it towards the basket. If it wasn't for Asik tipping it upward, Duncan can't tip it towards the basket. If Duncan doesn't tip it towards the basket. Asik tips it up, and it just goes vertical where it obviously doesn't go in. They needed each other to make the basket.
