More tensions in the trademark story (Trademark Law: Chapter 1-3)

This video continues discussing tensions in the happy story of trademark law. Specifically, it introduces: (1) the problem of trademarks acting not as source indicators, but as products; and (2) the question whether trademarks may interfere with free expression.
