AWS Certification Path for a DevOps Engineer:
1. Cloud Practitioner: This one is a must have to kick-off your AWS certification journey which validates a general understanding of the AWS Cloud.
2. SysOps Administrator Associate which focuses on the operation and management of systems on the AWS platform. It is good to have if you are a junior devOps.
3. DevOps Engineer Professional: This validates your skills and knowledge in provisioning, operating, and managing distributed application systems on the AWS platform. Roles like Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer can be targeted.

From here one can take up either Security Speciality for DevSecOps roles or Networking Speciality for NetDevOps roles.

Security Speciality validates your expertise in securing and hardening AWS environments, and implementing compliance controls.

Networking Speciality validates your expertise in designing and implementing advanced networking solutions on AWS.
