Just watched this here in the UK, and no idea why this got such bad press back in the day, its exactly what it was meant to be, good viewing fun, an entertaining popcorn movie.
Tbh i wish the studio would consider a sequel seeing as they set it up that way. would even make an interesting mini series on how they meet up again, I might be biased as i grew up with Knight rider, streethawk, Automan, we need more stuff where tech isnt always malevolent
