First try using the Tre Spade mincer using 10lbs of frozen wild pork cut into roughly 1 inch chunks, even frozen the mincer processed it as fast as I could feed it through using a 6mm plate.

Coming soon will be my follow up on making Wild pork sausages.

Does the meat need to be partially frozen to get through without clogging? Or can it get through fine with no freezing and without sinews getting stuck in the mechanism?

And does the machine deal with frozen meat ok without sounding stressed? (I've broken several mincers this way😅 not instantly... But with daily use over the course of a few months. The machine doesn't seem to like the hard partially frozen meat)
