Disable/enable Bitdefender Auto-Renewal subscription (11/27/2023 Updated)

You can turn on/off Auto-Renewal of your Bitdefender subscription in two ways:

1. **From Bitdefender Central**

1. Open Bitdefender Central.
2. Click on **My Subscriptions** in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on the **Manage** button next to the subscription you want to change the auto-renewal option for.
4. Under **Auto-renewal**, select **Disable**.
5. Click on **Save**.

2. **From the Bitdefender app**

1. Open the Bitdefender app.
2. Click on the **hamburger menu** in the top left corner.
3. Select **My Account**.
4. Click on **Subscription**.
5. Under **Auto-renewal**, select **Disable**.
6. Click on **Save**.

Here are some of the reasons why you might want to disable auto-renewal:

* You no longer need Bitdefender and do not want to be billed again.

My Bitdefender Central account looks nothing like this in the video. On my account I am trying to find a "Contact Us" button but every time I click on it, it takes me to a new site where they ask me to find the appropriate question I want answer to. There is no phone number, no email address. They made it impossible to stop my auto-renewal. What the heck is wrong with this company? Why don't they have an online-chat option? Why can't I reach anyone? That's why I will NEVER use Bitdefender ever again!!!
