If you're new to futures and options - don't worry! In this video, I'll start you with the basics of futures & options as we understand how F&O works, the difference between futures and options, trading in futures & options, some examples and other valuable insights. This video is strictly for beginners (like myself) who are new to this world of futures and options and I hope by the end of it, you'll have some understanding of F&O as a concept.

However, please note: the contents of the video will not be enough for you to start futures and options trading. F&O trading needs additional knowledge including option strategies and technical terms like spread, arbitrage, strangle, straddle etc. So please exercise some patience and let's learn more F&O strategies over the coming few weeks but if you are eager then do visit some resources I have enclosed below for your benefit
