An overdue refresh, but still good line up refresh

I started Tyranids with Leviathan too! I did have a Genestealer Cult army with some old Genestealers though... Looking forward to getting the new kit.
I'm also really looking forward to getting a Norn Emissary and the Lictors.

Dude you’re right. That metal screamer killer is absolutely terrifying it’s the kind of thing that would make 10 year old me hide under the covers for a bit

Honestly Sup3r I hear you that from a painting or collecting point of view the Hormagaunts are too similar but as a faceless horde I think they fit the bill very well I can see the ocean of them on the board being impressive they are not really individuals as such. The Raptor like motion is spot on and if you compare them to the old kit they are absolutely beautiful

If only the codex/army rules went on par with the new models...
Sad truth is that at the current they are a t a tournament winrate of a mere 47%.
This is horrible! Way more than you think.
This is the best they are ever gonna get and that is not 57%, but 47%. Space marines are fairing poor too, but the are the SPACE MARINES. So when 6 more armies get heir codex, the Adeptus Astartes will get a new codex. (that's how it usualy goes)

Damn, GW, I had high hopes for Tyranids and after quiting at the end of 7th, I realy wanted to return to my beloved hobby. (Was in AOS in the mean while) So I'll give it to February 2024. Why? That is the presumed launch date for Warhammer Fantasy.

In the mean while, please boast the Tyranids... Right now, they are UNDERperforming. Great models though.
