hey i have fossil q hybrid watch (model no ndw2f9). i was not using this watch since lockdown so 2 days back i thought to wear it outside so i checked it out that it's wasn't working. i thought maybe battery is dead(cr2430) and i bought new battery from local store and put it in by myself with proper steps but it's still not working also i checked and reinstalled that battery and pressed middle rotate button to go in pairing mode but still nothing worked. what should i do? should i go to that local shop and tell that maybe battery is dead or go to service center?plz reply
