When I was on the Atkins diet, I used pH paper to check the pH in my urine. That might not be the best way by, but it seemed to work. I'm so happy that this diet is working so well for you.

When I started keto for my schizoaffective disorder I was really strict with staying in ketosis, but once I got fat adapted, I was able to be more lax. But that was months later.

It is important to know what your ketone level is if you are looking to evaluate whether medical keto is the right intervention for you. There are many foods as well as mental factors (mental stress, strong emotions) that could kick you out of ketosis.

This is øff tøpic but I have a questiøn før the schizøphrenic cømmunity: Sø... I'm autistic and because øf that I have søme vøcal stims. Øne øf my vøcal stims is saying "schizøphrenia" but prønøuncing it with a Z søund instead øf a "ts" søund. Is that øffensive at all?
