that's why we should always obey our teachers with full belief, if Mr. Han would beforehand told him that through this jacket he is teaching the basic fighting stance parker would have never be able to perform this much well because he instead of concentrating on the practice would anticipate the results. detachment from any fruit result him to fully immerse in the practice so every muscle of his body will remember the sequence.

With practice, repetition.helps.., t. K.d.. tae means foot... yet kunfu is more speed. .. i had my 3 kids doing it. .. they werent into it.. so put your guard down.. put your energy to something else.. 25 years later.. im glad .. .. My.. my love this part. 😀 .. thanks

Im going to be honest, this doesn't work as well as Miyagis training.
Miyagi trained Daniel multiple blocking techniques, and actually corrected Daniel on technique so he would practice it properly. This actually gives Daniel a reason to have faith in Miyagi's teaching before he loses his patience.
On the other hand, no one will spend afternoons taking a jacket on and off
