I joined Local 34 Pile Drivers union last year. I just found out I have full access to the welding shop and I can get any certification I want included with my union membership. A weld like that earns respect without you saying a word

I been a mig welder for 7 years and I been told not to stack dimes. But to weld straight no circles or zig zags. We are suppose to weld like the robot does.

It makes a big difference having a really good 3-phase mig machine, good .045 wire, the right gas and the right gas psi, access to a big shot blasting vault with big motorized rotary tables to blast all the rust and mill scale off your steel before it's fitted and welded and above all the skill of welding itself and how to set up the equipment properly and to get outstanding results. Great looking welds ! 😊 ❤

I love welding. I'm 35 and started to weld about 2 months ago. Thank you for showing your welding work. I learned a lot. Using Flux core to practice. My welds are crappy but they held very well

Would highly reccomend using flux core dual sheild wire for the lugs, not worth risking bad penetration with solid wire
