Like you said with the food and the body... I can confirm that this is true.
I once had a colleague at work and she was very slim no matter what she ate. So I asked her how that was possible. She told me that she used to be very obese and that after giving birth it changed completely and since then she can no longer gain weight no matter what she eats.
Our body is constantly changing. It's alive. We can reshape it as we want.
The colleague did not know about the manifestation. But since then, I've come to believe that I can eat anything and it's impossible for me to gain weight.
And so it is. It has become my reality and I have had it like this for many years.

Wow I feel like I had a small awakening with this video. Nothing is really real, is it? "Reality" for each individual is a reflection of what they've been focusing on or whatever they believe to be true, which is, in turn, a reflection of past experiences and knowledge. Ahh this is so confusing. Sometimes it resonates with me and then "reality" triggers me to go back to my old way of thinking, or I begin to doubt this. I wish I could just imprint this truth into my brain and have it stay there. Practice makes perfect, I guess.
