How did our ancestors get enough potassium? There was no way they ate this much nor did they have access to such a wide array of vegetables/fruits year round.

Thank you so much. This is just what I needed ‼️ Keep letting us know what other foods are high in potassium. Avacado, pineapple and coconut water ⁉️ A list of fruits and vegetables would be great. I'm looking forward to seeing you again soon.🍌🥑🍍🥥

This just took so much stress off of me. FYI if you're doing KETO find substitutes. This video is a great start. Thank you.

Thank you for making this video. I find it difficult to achieve 100% of my daily intake even though I eat a lot of these foods. I also find myself drinking to much milk trying to achieve it. I think our food is deficient in potassium compared to even just 10 years ago.

What about diabetics, diabetes 2? There is a lot of natural sugar in those foods you mentioned not to mention that was a lot of food.

It also helps keep your blood pressure lower. Everytime I eat a really bad diet, my BP goes up. Good video.

Didn't mention beans. Beans are an excellent source of potassium, and they are are very high in this element. Basically, if you eat lots and lots of fruit, vegetables and legumes, you won't have a hard time getting to 4, 700

About half of those foods listed aren't keto friendly. And the calorie count seems awfully high.

Her soothing voice is enough to lower anyone's blood pressure, I can hear her doing audio books somehow

How about a video for meeting daily requirments when you're eating keto. Out of the foods you listed here I only eat salmon, broccoli, chicken, and spinach.

using the numbers on cards is an excellent idea....the only thing that could be added is the glycemic index for the keto program. Other then that...excellent video. It was listed beside Dr. Berg's line up.

My advice is to eat the highest potassium food in large enough quantities to get your full RDA instead of trying to parse out a list of so many foods, some of which you probably won't have on hand anyway. When I look for information on the highest amount of any particular vitamin or mineral, I go for the ketogenic food that's highest in it and stick with that particular food rather than go crazy trying to put together a long list of foods. And when I go shopping, I make sure my list of groceries contains foods that are the HIGHEST in each nutrient. That way I'm not overwhelmed. Over the years I've learned to LIKE all the foods that are good for me and taught myself not to be picky when I eat. So I have no problem with eating the foods that make me healthy and staying away from the foods that don't.
