I really enjoyed watching this movie. I love mountain climbing movies I watch Everest every single year sometimes twice a year. This movie reminds me a lot of that. Definitely getting a thumbs up 9 out of 10

If you want an actually good mountaineering movie then watch Meru or more recently The Alpinist.

How come none of the actors have frostbite or signs of actual cold weather on them? No steam comes out of their mouths when they breath, no ice formation in their eyelids or eyebrows, their clothes look impecable in all scenes. Also the altitude of the mountains must be under 5000 mts as they don't carry any oxygen tanks, doesn't strike me like a climbing challenge, at least not extreme. Did they copy paste Titanic's boring plot for this movie? I see a lot of handsome kids and not an actual climber. I bet it also has really cheesy music too.

This had pretty scenery, but I didn't really like the movie. They make it look action packed, but it's a lot of scenes of just talking. I thought it was boring. If you're watching this for Ryan Phillippe like I was, he's barely even in it.

Figures. Mountain climbing(down-to-Earth) movies, receive the least views of trailers. Pretty sure real-life climbers(and video game climbers), will obviously criticize every scene. Don't care. Don't care about their replies. I do think the Director/producer/writer(s), for not having....aliens, or superheroes, guns, big-body-count, or a black hole, or a dinosaur, or climbers with hangovers, in this thrilling movie with a pinnacle cast.

I have a question. There are already enough unrealistic mountaineering movies and fake climbing scenes and we all know about them. How is it possible that one more film will be produced in 2022? There are so many mountaineers and climbers that you can ask how to make such a film realistic, there are countless sources on the Internet and why do you spend money and energy to produce another stupid climbing film? The film is not only full of mistakes but also full of clichés and stereotypical characters....please...make just one film on the subject that is good and doesn't contain any mistakes. Only one!!! Or just let it be.
