You really need to perse your lips and having them dry helps too. Wet base, dry coat.

Press ur lips harder and USE A BEAUTY BLENDER TO APPLY! the brush bristles get into the cracks easily so it doesn’t work properly. I recommend putting mascara on a beauty blender and trying that :)

This is how it works!: you put lip gloss on first then the black eyeshadow because if you use eyeshadow for the base it won’t work! If you want to do rainbow use the colours of the rainbow as lipgloss in the order then use the black eyeshadow!

You have to have a liquid base. People use liquid eyeshadow normally, or if you have a green color corrector I found that works great too!

You need the first layer to be lipgloss, then you put on the eyeshadow for the second layer. I have small lips too and this works for me! Hope this helps! ❤

you've gotta really purse them tight to get those ridges. use a shadow on your finger or use a less fluffy flat brush since a fluffy brush will get into the grooves of your lips. i hope this helps! 💚🖤

You have to use a matte lipstick for the back colors, then you can put the black eyeshadow. Don't give up, i believe u can do it
