I was on the fence about this Lagoona bc I thought the lipstick was kind of garish, but she looks a lot better in your video than in the promo images! Also seeing all of these hibiscus prints on her clothes for this set reminds me of early 2000s Roxy/surfer girl clothes.

i cant help but miss the old character colorations that we grew up with. like frankie's green skin, lagoona's blue skin, and ghoulia's gray skin. obviously, a lot of people dont mind these changes and even prefer them this way, but why did mattel change the skin colors?

lagoona is my fav and im so sad she doesn't get as much attention as the others. she's perfect for those mermaid/siren fans! this version of her isn't my fav but she's still cute, hopefully they expand with their designs more in the near future! maybe some bright greenish-blue eyes would looks super pretty on her :)

I know it's not for everyone but I LOVE the lip color on this Lagoona, this is the kind of experimentation I would actually like to see more out of g3 screenings.

I passed on Lagoona's g3 core doll, but this skulltimate secrets one is a must for me. Her jacket and sneakers ✨️ I even like her hat I normally don't care for molded plastic hats.

At first I didn't like so much this Lagoona because of the color of her clothes, but looking at her in detail she looks super cute!! 💙
Also I guess the hair was super beautiful in this doll because her hair didn't come like in her core doll 👀 ofc

Honestly I think that this doll did the G3 design some justice. Her mainline doll is nasty but this one looks good.

THOSE OCTOPUS SHOES ARE THE BEST SHOES IN G3 SO FAR OMG. I am so emotionally attached to lagoona and G3 has grown on me so well these last couple months. I love like every piece of clothing from this one which is great because as a draculaura guy, I really didn’t like dracs this time around Lolol. tbh I also love the bright blue lips it feels like an homage to her original design (blue skin and pink lips)!!! Unless Cleo or clawdeen rlly pulls through I think this is gonna be my favorite from the whole set

Her hair is everything, I love love love the colours they choose. I also love the make-up, especially the lip color. However I'm still not a fan of her pink skin, well the shade they used. That combined with the character changes makes her a whole different character to me and not Lagoona. However I have accepted that this version of her character is not for me and appreciate her for what she is. I do love the idea of this line though and I hoping that there is a possibility they'll do a Catty & Venus eventually. Catty is my fav MH character of all time (Lagoona & Venus as close 2nd) and having G3 dolls of them as well would be so amazing.

im soooo tied between all of them so far. I love how frankie and drac's Skulltimate dolls look in their main outfits and th cohesion, but i really like the overall style of Lagoona. Its not too often that you see girl dolls in more punk/skater style fashion.
I think the hat sold me though, i wear snapbacks almost all the time 🤣

I think Drac needs to be a slightly darker pink, while Lagoona needs to be a shade or two lighter. That pink skin just does not work for her 🥲
