It's sad that almost every game coming out rewards running Low settings - removing foliage that would hide enemies, removing shading that would hide enemies, in general giving a huge benefit for anyone turning the graphics down, and punishing anyone who would like the game to look good. Hopefully they will improve on that :)

This really opened up my eyes as to how badly optimised this game is! 80 fps on Very Low with a 980 TI is ridiculously bad.

cool vid. but i think you should make a new one since there have been a few updates which increase fps. because i play all on full settings and get on average 60

I know that YouTube has some sort of compression to videos, but a thing you should consider, when you're rendering/filming your videos, is bitrate. A lot of detail in grass and areas with high contrast gets blurred out because there is not enough data to store this detail per frame.

Some games low doesn't look drastically different than ultra. This is not one of those games.
