educational update the Chicago DEEP DISH is what was made in this video. Chicago is also known for it's "Tavern" style pizza. thin crispy and cut into squares as opposed to typical pizza slices.

These all look great, but a marquee characteristic of Detroit pizza is that its cheese is placed all the way to the edge of the dough so it melts into the side, touching the pan (and a little on the base as well) to create a crispy cheese crust.

Never thought to use a baking dish like that for Chicago deep dish. Getting it out of the pan is one of the biggest challenges of that style and using that cake tin would make it so much easier. Now to get the crust right😅😮
