Mine got a TON better from the calibration. I had a lot of sounds that were not tuning correctly, and a bass drum that was “floppy” sounding, likely way too low like yours.

Apparently, according to Elektronauts forum and Elektron reps, the old way of warming up the machine for two hours first before calibration is now obsolete. This new calibration is to be done when the machine is room temperature.
