BELO HORIZONTE IS EXTRAORDINARY!

Belo Horizonte the capital city of the state of Minas Gerais is a destination that we have been planning to visit for a long time. We start the video at Mirante do Mangabeiras which is a viewpoint from which you can see the whole city from above a mountain. Next we visited Praça da Liberdade where you will find Palácio da Liberdade which used to be the office and the official resident of the governors of the state of Minas Gerais, but has now been converted to a museum. On both sides of the Praça da Liberdade, there are more historic building that now host the cultural centre of the Bank of Brazil (CCBB), museum of mining of Minas Gerais as well as the museum of minerals and metals of Minas Gerais. Next we visited the Mercado Central where you can find all of the typical products that the state of Minas Gerais is famous for: Doce de Leite, Minas cheese, Requeijão, etc. There is also a very famous store that sells the best lemonade in town so we tried that lemonade too and for sure it was one of the best we have had. belo horizonte is really full of beautiful horizons, it's my favorite city of brazil (ouro preto takes 2nd place, minas gerais has many beautiful and historical places). i love the place, the food, the weather, the historical places to visit and the hospitality and kindness of the people, the mineiros. i loved the video, it captured all the city's beauty very well.
