Amazon Seller... A sourcing road trip !!!

In this video, I head to Maryland to visit my mom. while I am there, I go sourcing. There happens to be a few Ollie's in my route. I go to 5 Ollie's in 4 days. I find a couple good deals, a few ok deals, and ONE huge deal.

For those of you that are new to my channel, my name is Dan and I have been selling on Amazon for 5 1/2 years. I am also a recently retired school teacher of 25 years. I obtain my items through Retail Arbitrage and I mostly shop at Ollie's. I love sourcing and finding deals.

Great video. Naysayers are confused. If an item is at ollie's in the HBA it is discontinued or undergoing a packaging change. They have so many locations it will tank. Never fails. A better move is to be first and find them as they are phasing out in the grocery stores or big box stores or OA outlets like iherb or vitacost. I would buy and hold long as they have no expiration date and will hold their value and be the last out at max pricing. Good reselling features long and short holds to sustain you.

Nice finds! I saw the Neutrogena in the YSG BOLO group and found them in store but a newbie seller snagged them right in front of me! 😢 I also have not been buying a ton this month, just letting my inventory sell off. I’ve been trying my hand at couponing for amazon FBA and have considered making a YT channel featuring that. Thanks for the inspiration!

I found the body washes last week and sent some in already... was $4 profit and now it's down to $1.xx. Love the price tankers. I've been selling the Neutrogena for about 4 months now and when we saw you post those on this video we knew our gold rush had ended... :-( I just wish people would buy what they could afford and hold steady on pricing. The black Gleem TB was a missed gem. 53k sales rank. Sold so many of those. Good Q4 item. I emptied plenty of shelves in Ollies from Florida to SC on this item.

Was really hoping the Neutrogena find didn't get out to the masses. I found them last month and the price has tanked big time and the sellers have surged. They WERE selling for about $30 a bottle and now $17. I know you're just ramping up your YT channel but sometimes with a find like that might be more beneficial to just leave it off the video. Keep up the good work though. That Ghostbusters 12 inch figure was only $9.99 at my store. Might want to price check that.

I'm on the fence about this. Some stores you shop at are for low income people, people who are struggling, single moms. They shop at these stores because of the prices. You go in and take products they need. I think this is sad.
