How to Solder on Aluminum DIY

Hey, you can use just any car used or new engine oil to wet the aluminum surface with solder, then solder any wire to it. Its easy. Drop the oil on the aluminum surface, then take a solder with flat end, put a piece of tin on the oil drop. Then, melt the tin and rub the surface of aluminum back and forward, back and forwasrd for couple of minutes. You can see that after while surface of aluminum get wet with molten tin and is ready for wire sordering. KOH is corrosive and if you don't clean it after it can corrode the aluminum. Engine Oil is more safe.

I am building a battery, and I have all the necessary components. However, when I start assembling the battery, some of the connection points break. I have tried to solder these points, but the soldering doesn't work. I also tried using a solution of HCl and zinc, which works on steel and other materials, but it doesn't work on the battery points. I'm stuck and need help. One possible solution is spot welding, but it is expensive, and I don't have enough funds. I am looking for a more affordable solution.

I use the crushed inside rod of a carbon battery soaked in battery acid to solder copper wire to stainless steel. This might work on aluminum, will have to try.

Ms like u use strong acid. Ifso it will demage the cable and it will cut
