They HAVE to GIVE you exculpatory evidence. They can NOT charge you for exculpatory evidence, the police report and all videos are exculpatory!
YOU WERE NOT CAMPING. you were only at the park during normal park hours. You are allowed to take your shoes off at a park!

So basically they're saying you can't get a lawyer because you're not facing any jail time but you actually are facing jail time so they're just lying I guess. But those pieces of dog crap will probably tell you that that is a separate case the totally separate case.

20+ years ago, if you didn't pay, they would put you in jail for the amount you owe, then when you get out of jail, then they send the amount due to collections and you still have to pay.

A side note, my kids went to the library last week, they said they now needed a wifi password tied to there library card ( and it changes at closing every night ).
Yesterday i went and asked the clerk about it, she said dead beats in the parking lot and yard, downloading movies and music, ate up too much bandwidth making it impossible for the library wifi to function with any reliability. So thanks for making little kids lives a little more complicated

I agree with fans and non-fans of Heinze. Everyone makes very good points. I hope justice will be served for both sides and everyone will shake hands.

How else are you able to defend yourself against the charges, if you're not able to obtain them? Crazy!

It seems like these laws were specifically tailored to prevent any action be taken.
They are classifying the crime as a "petty" crime stating you don't deserve the rights normally furnished under criminal procedures. This seriously seems like a mountain of civil rights violations.

What you do is of interest to long distance travelers who refuse to pay money for campgrounds and parks that charge. The fact that these clowns can dictate how public property is used has always been absurd IMO.

To the best of my knowledge, there's only a discovery phase in criminal court proceedings. Forfeiture teeters between civil and criminal. Because if there is a discovery phase during civil proceedings, that screams out the fact criminal theft has occured. It's police antics to obstruct/delay the proceedings, forcing civilians to continue to pay fines etc, which is another example of forfeiture.

The government would rather you learn their unending bias of tyranny and follow it rather than simply abiding by the constitution and respecting civil liberties. This way they maintain the illusion of relevancy while victimizing the victimless! Go Merikkka!

No ordinance about no camping overnight, that right there, should be enough to dismiss 😮

Don’t do that refusal to pay if found guilty. I don’t think refusal to pay triggers a new charge. I think the 6months in jail is like contempt of court for not paying.

Focus on building your defense, your arguments.

I believe you were using the park for its intended purposes and the copper somehow interpreted that to be a crime . SMH. Good luck .🍀

I’ve pulled over while traveling to sleep when tired. It seems safer than to continue on. I’ve never been bothered even when on private property. I’d expect camping to be defined somewhere
