I know Karue has said in the past that grunts don't bother him, but Dellien is grunting while Karue is lining up his shot, almost while he's hitting the ball. Honestly, Dellien should be getting a hindrance call for every one of those grunts until he can get it under control.

And I'm saying this as someone who sometimes grunts when hitting. At some point you're intentionally making excess noise as part of an underhanded game plan.
