Wouldnt it be, initially, the power of 6 men rather than 8? Because the numerator can just be simplified to the power of 8 men, as multiplication is commutative, so the parentheses wouldnt matter, but the 2 men in the denominator factor out with two men on the top, making it the power of 6 men, I think. Meaning, ultimately, the power of 1/36th of a man
