Looks of very high quality, but it looks like it's made of some sort of particle board or heavy paper stock, we have high humidity here in Florida and I wonder how this would hold up, after all, this is not cheap...

I am planning to purchase one soon but I need your expert opnion. My question is about the area where you placed the runners and the where the intructions are placed. Can you removed or not used it at all? I was thinking of adding drawers as extra on those spots. Will it work? What do you think? Can you mix and match the other stations? Thanks!
