None of the radios I have are very sensitive in 630m, but I'll have to try this out.

Cool stuff, Larry!!  I'm surprised there wasn't a lot of static with the snow.  Was going to ask you what antenna you used, but you finally gave it up as an 80 meter dipole towards the end.  Truly enjoy your videos, please keep them coming!73, Brett

Thanks for your help getting me started on 630 meters Larry! I have to admit, it was quite easy to get set up and as long as you have a computer, a general coverage receiver with USB mode and an audio output over to the mic input on your computer, you can be all set to go. It is very strange, just setting the frequency and suddenly copying 8 stations without even hearing anything other what sounds like a very weak carrier signal. I never did get the WSPR 2.0 software to work...but am using the WSJT-X program which looks nearly identical and has basically the same features. With only a handful of stations actually transmitting on 630 meters in the continental U.S., I am now wondering what that map will look like when the FCC signs off so all hams can transmit.   Sounds like your cold is doing better! 73 KevinKB0BRY

"stations in all areas of the world" ha ha. Did Oceania go POOF. You aren't really reading this because I live in AUSTRALIA and it does not exist anymore, oh well. Good Vid thanks, but Google continents some time and you'll see that Australia is a continent and part of the world. :) VK4VSM in the Twilight Zone.
