This video review of Bacopa Monnieri as a nootropic is an update to the video I recorded several years ago on Bacopa Monnieri.

In this video you'll discover the nootropic benefits of Bacopa Monnieri. Including why we use Bacopa Monnieri as a nootropic, Bacopa Monnieri benefits, recommended dosage, side effects and clinical research.

Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi) is an aquatic herb originally found in the wetlands and marshy areas of Southeast Asia and India.

Bacopa, also known as water hyssop, is often referred to as “Brahmi”. Named after the supreme god Brahma.

Ancient Ayurvedic texts talked about Bacopa. It was recommended to devotees to help memorize long passages of text.

In the West, Bacopa Monnieri is often used to reduce anxiety, depression and stress. But it’s gaining popularity in the nootropic community as a powerful memory and cognition booster.

Neurohackers report using Bacopa Monnieri as a nootropic supplement boosts information processing speed, increases learning and memory ability.

And long-term users of this nootropic say they feel calmer, can think quicker, and have better memory.

Recommended Bacopa Monnieri dosage containing 20% bacosides is 750 mg per day.

Recommended dosage of Bacopa Monnieri containing 45% bacosides is 200 – 450 mg per day.

Thank you for the information David, I recently found your youtube channel and i find your videos really helpful to understand my symptoms
I suffer from ADD symptoms too, for long time I thought i was lazy, and bought every self help book i could find, watched motivational video but they didn’t help I couldn’t stick to any habit for long, couldn’t study without being forced by circumstance or deadlines depressed most of my college years, social anxiety, low confidence, last year i researched and found out about ADHD and how I was suffering from similar problems thats how i found out about nootropics, at first i used coffee to help me in my daily routine but as you know it wasn’t enough, in my final semester exams I was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the pressure, i took the help of Modafinil(which was not prescribed )it was very helpful, but i wanted to try nootropics which are milder than this so i was researching and found your channel which has lots of information, i look forward on trying out nootropics mentioned in your website and hopefully find the right stack which will help me with my problems
Thank you for the work you do .

My mom is 90 andBritish. She began getting vaccines at age 80, flu shot. According to Dr. Rima Laibow, this vaccine increases probability of Alzheimer’s, if received yearly. My mom still works daily from 9 to 5, and has incurred short term memory loss. She’s also gotten the Covid shot. Do yo still do consultations? If so, I’d like to schedule one with you.
Thank you, Winona

I'm curious why didn't You ever review Agmatine Sulfate?
Is there any particular reason why not because Agmatine is heavily praised in nootropic community and it's mindblowing stuff.?
