This is closer to the kind of show Larry and Steve was evolving into.

A more down to earth show that happened to be abruptly jarring once and awhile.

I don't know if Seth has lost all control, or if he has changed as a person, but Family Guy just isn't the same show.

It's nice to look back, though. Sometimes, I think in a way, this show was exactly as good as it needed to be at exactly the right time. At least, for me.

I am glad I'm not the only one with these feelings about the old family guy. You are not alone.
However, keep in mind that in the end, it's the Writer's fault. They decide to milk it so hard on the script. There's no denying that. Even Seth felt uncomfortable in some scenes. I still remember that episode where Stewie has Brian's babies. It was a disturbing moment indeed. They clearly didn't hang on to that for long lol

Dogs are very fun and for some reason, for real, they are attracted to me. I was called "a dog magnet", which was a joke, but I took it as a compliment. I love dogs, and dogs love me back.
