I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I’ve been doing a 4-5 hour eating window for more than a year, and I love it! I’ve lost 28 pounds (22 to go), and I feel great! I do two small meals because I have a large hiatal hernia and large meals are out of the question. When I reach my weight goal, I will continue to eat on this schedule because I love it. I also walk daily.

I’ve been doing a 20/4; 21/3 and OMAD for two months and have lost 15 lbs. I really enjoy it. I also noticed my stomach has shrunk and I can’t eat as much. So planning my meals is a must or food gets wasted. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Thank you! This is a great idea to go for in December! 30 days of OMAD. I did Omad yesterday and planning to do it again today. Now that I’ve watched this video I will try to keep it going all month. Will try for a 3 hour eating window or less in general most days!

When you’re at your goal weight can you have more days off? Do you choose when to stop losing or does your body naturally stop losing weight?

I started doing OPAD [ one plate a day with one caloric beverage] with my group of fasting friends on my channel. With OMAD I can stuff too many calories in that in that one hour. Then once a week we can have a splurge hour with no restrictions. The more advanced people fast twice a week. We have monthly challenges but I think we will continue doing OPAD. Can you do a video on OPAD. If so give me a shout out.

You look beautiful! I have a question, im 60, i only ever had one meal a day after having my babies, due to work and time, sometimes didnt eat at all, i was young. Now at 60, im trying to retrain myself to go back to omad as ive lapsed since then, put on weight, i need to loose. Do you think thats ok please. Thank you x
