I just doing a research about Messi opinion about conflict between Palestine and Israel, which information I found is seem unclear. However, most people assumed that he is support Israel due to the viral video that showing Messi and his team mate visited Israel but after I do research more deeply I found that the reason of visiting. It was a part of the preseason campaign called "peace tour" in 2013, which the goal of the campaign is promote peace among Israeli and Palestinian even though the result was cancelled due to the fact that Israeli and Palestinian footballers cannot play together. Moreover, the article from website the “Times of Israel” and “AFP Fact Check”, claiming that Messi expressed his concern for the victims of the Gaza conflict, "I am deeply saddened by the suffering of innocent children caught in the crossfire." As a result, I think Messi did not choose the specific side, as he did not want to get involved in the political conflict between the two countries, but I noticed that he was more focused on the quality of life of the children who became victims of the conflict.

- Messi visited Palestine and played friendly match with the youth there. While he also visited Israel and was shown at the whaling wall, it was part of a peaceful mission from Barcelona to enter the West Bank. Israel, would not have allowed them unless they visited Israel first.
- In 2018, Messi and the entire Argentine squat led a rebellion against their own football federation after suggesting a friendly match in Israel to commemorate Israel 75 years anniversary. The Argentine football squat was threatened to be sanctioned to force them to play, but the squat did not care and refuse to play and boycotted the game, resulting in its cancellation. So to show the entire Argentine squat to be pro-Israel does not add up.
