I have a new Android and had to change my Venu Sq from my iphone. After 2 weeks trying (it paired twice) I started to watch youtube videos and do all the on and off of each device, the old phone, the system update and then found your video. Finally it all started to sync and it paired. If I could trade this watch in I would. Even the two buttons on the side of the face do not work everytime, more importantly they do not shut off quickly. I had the VivoSmarhHR for years and loved it - this model is a piece of crap.

Can I connect to two different devices?

I have my phone and my other phone just for music...

My watch disconnected from Bluetooth on my phone and won’t reconnect no matter what I do. I recently logged a 8 mile run while it was disconnected and I don’t want to lose that if I forgetting device and try reconnecting it. What do I do?
