Use a dampener between the magnet and paddle, for example a thin rubber piece, or while sticking it, put a spacer between, so the magnet never really touches the paddle

Cut a piece of felt (1mm thick) and stick it in front of the magnets with some double sided tape. This will lower the magnetic force between the shifters and the magnets.

you have to open the steering wheel and remove the springs, you will have to use less strenght.

Just put a piece of tape over the magnets. It will lessen the sound and strength.
