Singapore Patient Conference is a common learning platform for patients, family, caregivers, community and healthcare professionals to co-create a better experience for patients in their journey of care.SPC is bigger this year with a 3-week long programme. From 8 – 22 October, we brought talks, self-help resources and health screening to the residents in the central community with a new segment titled ‘SPC in the Community’.
