Wow! You can cook.
What I love is we are not forced to watch someone peel & chop a bunch of onions, potatoes, etc. I hate that & it's so boring. You are quick & to the point. Stuffed shells are amazing. Who taught you to cook?

You should try basque croquettes, they are so good, i grew up in a big basque family in reno nevada. Lots of real basque restaurants in nevada.
