The NY Legal entities are known for trail blazing and being innovative. Until this point, it was rare situation to have an issue of serious question come up….now it is flagrantly coming up in such volume that the system is getting exposed as having corrupted pieces that were suspected but never known. It is clear that it isn’t a rogue AG or judge. The only way out is a cleansing ….deep and thorough (will be painful).
