Ram TRX Top Speed! #shorts

Quick fun little top speed pull on the TRX. Speed governor kicks in at 115 and you inch to that top limit. Had an amazing day and an action packed video coming this week. Saw a Wrangler 392, Power Wagon Anniversary Edition, Challenger Super Stock, and 4 TRXs in one day.

Still waiting for someone to put smaller diameter street tires on this, take off the limiter, take it to the track and see what it can run. It should be able to do 11s if it can hit low 12s comfortably completely stock

Smoked one in Atlanta. I thought they did 150, but that makes sense. I heard him get on it next to me, he was deep in my mirror faster than I expected.

I just looked it up and it says 118! I have a 2020 Ram 1500 with a Hemi and a 6" lift on 35" Nittos! My top speed is about 111

Now, if the trx is gonna have a supercharger, it needs to be faster than 120

Just because ur car has a higher top speed doesn't mean its faster. By the time u hit your top speed the TRX is already gone

Well put a tazer DT and change tire size there to 32 (best lowest to keep steering and suspension at most firm and perfect gear shifts) and then with a little speedo error, you will hit 130ish without a tune when the truck shows 117 in digital.... and yes those 35s can absolutely handle once in a while 130!!

Thank y’all for explaining in the comments I was actually confused as to why this monster of a vehicle has a max speed lower than my little ol Kona N. For reference my Kona N so far I’ve gotten to 125 MPH but that’s because I ran out of safe road, it got a little swervy so I had to slow down a little.

That 82-117 felt awfully slow, which is odd for the hp and numbers the magazines say. I know it’s heavy but I just thought it would be faster.
