Be it One Plus 3, 3T, 5, 5T or latest 6. Wireless charging is not important if you compare to DASH charging speed

I don't own the 5T but I would still consider it a beast of a phone that should make anyone who owns it happy for awhile ...maybe until even the OP7

It's gonna be a long time before I feel like I'll have to get a"better" phone than the 5t

I dont understand youtubers when they make “5-7 Months later review”, I mean it’s obvious the phone had been in the drawer all this time and he has been using the latest and greatest those past months, so those videos aren’t reliable really

Still the best, no notch, very fast and better design. I'm waiting for 6T

my 5T is holding up great. I will probably wait for the 6T before I consider upgrading

I bought this OP5T to replace my OP3T and honestly with all the stuff I have loaded on here it's still running super fast...you hit on all the main positive points of OP5T and yes camera needs more work but for me most of rest of this phone is great...Dash charging is best thing I've ever used and when I go to work I take charger with me but I almost never use it til I return home..all the other ppl around me with Galaxy and iPhones are charging up at work😁...the thing I miss is an SD card but it seems most ppl in comments don't care about that but it matters to me...the double sim has been useless to me but SD would give me flexibility to expand my storage in case I need it... honestly I'm really a One Plus Guy and just need to decide if I should wait til the 6t comes out....

I buy their phones for the software and openness, the hardware comes second. I'm waiting for the 6T this 3T is just going too strong.

"No notch." is still better than "We put a notch and you hide it."

0:11 matching audio queue and good match cuts in editing are subtle but gold. Short video with detailed overview including availability of the phone and comparison to other similar models. You sir deserves a sub.

They never needed to include a notch on their most recent phone, they just wanted to follow the notch trend. If they really wanted more screen real estate, they should have removed the chin aswell.

Had it for almost a year now and it's still amazing! Super fast, beautiful display, and nice clean OS. Love my 5T💓

Long time Samsung user but I'm really thinking about getting the OP6. I'm shocked on how well OnePlus been updating this phone, shit my Note 8 just got Oreo 2weeks ago! That alone is making me look else were, but would anyone no if OnePlus6 works on Sprint?

What a dumb conclusion. I can't recommend this phone because the oneplus 6 is out now.

How is 5 months considered a long term timespan?

Bluetooth is broken on Oreo. When the phone locks, bluetooth crashes on unlock. When bluetooth is disabled, it still connects to speakers and cars. Only way to mitigate the issue is to stay on Nuget. Support is horrible.

Hey man, great video. I agree with all the points you made. OnePlus 5T is a killer phone in terms of performance and battery life. It can run PUBG on High Settings and Ultra FPS without breaking a sweat and still gives me 3-4 hours SOT while playing PUBG continuously on WiFi. Also it doesn't overheat and doesn't even lag when the battery goes under 5%. PSP Emulation is super smooth.10 bit x265 1080p videos are handled easily by the phone. The only place where this phone lags is the PS2, GameCube and Wii Emulation. Also if I use my phone moderately, it gives me 8-9 hours SOT, which is absolutely fantastic. I got this phone in January and it's as smooth as it was on Day 1. I use Nova Launcher and have set the animations to 0.5x and the phone basically flies.
Also the phone has a well calibrated display, super loud speaker to wake me up, alert slider and 128GB of storage, which I believe is more than enough (for now).
Though I found the camera to be disappointing. It's just mediocre. I know it will sound crazy, but my Galaxy Note 4 from 2013 clicked better snaps. OnePlus 6 looks to be an improvement in camera department, but from the early camera shootouts between 5T and 6 I have seen, I haven't been impressed. And when you compare 5T to something like Note 8, the difference is like night and day.
But if anyone is in the market for a new phone, I would absolutely recommend OnePlus 6 as it gives a lot for a far less price as compared to the competition. The performance is one of the best in the market (I have heard only Pixel and Sony XZ Phones beat it) and performance is a key factor when purchasing a phone.
As for me, I am gonna upgrade when Android processors will be capable of handling PS2 emulation at 60FPS so that I can play my some of my favorite games like God Of War 1, 2, Spider-Man 2 and Sly Cooper series on the go.
