Da whole song is just SICK! 🎶🎵🎼🎸🎹🎵🎶 I remember years ago going to my then-boyfriend's house, and he was blasting this song. It was my first time hearing it, and it was love at first sound! Hell, dat nicca could've been trying to send me a message that I was just a placeholder for some other chick, but I wouldn't have caught it in a million years. LOL! 🤣🤣🤣 As a songwriter and musician myself, I was too ENTRANCED with the song to catch any hints he may have been throwing. That was 2000 or 2001. All these years later, I STILL love this joint!!! :-) Keep doing you, Unc! This and many of your other masterpieces prove that you are in a class all by yourself. the "Bridging The Gap" album in general is classic to me. Uncle Charlie I have been singing your songs since I was 4 or 5 years old. i'm 50 now. the end of "No Hiding Place" is still masterful work to me... Love you man! Salute sir! I consider you one of my vocal teachers to this day.
