When you watched the tutorial but you have no guitar:

Tip for people playing in the future to get the ringing sound (assuming complete beginner) -> you use harmonics or lightly holding your finger above (not pressing down) fret 12 for the 6th string, then move your finger down to the bottom three strings and strum those three it should make that nice ringing sound

In case you don't know, this song is called "Roundabout" and it was made by a band named YES

At the beginning, i really recommend you strum the first 3 strings in the 12th fret instead of just playing a 0 e string. Sounds quite better and it's easy as well

Opening E should be played on 12th fret of E string, then the next note should be played as a chord on the 12th fret of the e, B and G strings. You can play them as harmonics to sound even better, also arpeggiate the chord if you can.
