I am doing maths from ur lectures from the beginning all are outstanding but this lecture is not too expressive plzz try to explain deeply

The teacher himself does not know how to read the tally marks ! Note that in the table he is teaching ( time : 7:20), there are actually 5 tally marks while he writes 6 in the F ( frequency) column. Look at time 7:33 where the table is now complete and instead of writing 10 in the F column, he writes 12.  The  correct vertical ( top to bottom) sequence of the F column should be 5, 10, 10, 9, 3.  The CFs are wrong too because he has written wrong Fs. Thus the teacher is just looking at his notes and writing wrong numbers on the board. Poor students !
