For the last 5 years, my daily companion has been the Benchmade Freek. I picked it up in the knife shop and loved the way it fit my hand. It works like a charm, I can draw it, flip out the blade, cut what I need to and fold it up with just one hand whenever I need to, fast!

I’m so upset, I tried to buy that 940 for the longest time, I waited, I save my money, I made sure it was exactly what I wanted in a knife and more. Then, the day I was ready to buy it, I looked back on the website, and it said discontinued or out of stock or something I could not order it. I was kind of upset, however, then I changed my mind and bought a para 3 with glow rhino scales, and a lynch clip for like the same price as a stock Osborne. I do love me a good Spyderco 🥰🥰

Presido 2 keeps going! I’ve hard used the knife for over three years! Even dropped it off a ladder. Only thing I’ve replaced was the pocket clip.

I would’ve put the griptilian on the list, but I guess there was already one that was really similar. Personally I carry a 940-1702 which is a 940 with g10 scales, but in the same green and purple color way as the original aluminum 940. My dad’s griptilian is way more comfortable to use, but the 940 is famous for being so easy to carry you forget it is there until you need it (and after 6 years I can say it lives up to the reputation). Also, the ghost g10 on that variant of the 940-2 is very sexy. I wish I could just order the scales.

Got the 940 Osborne last Tuesday/Wednesday and just ordered the mini Adamas las Friday, it’s supposed to be in today or tomorrow. Can’t wait to get the Adamas in my hands. It’s such a beautiful knife. These are also my first two benchmades

Personally I prefer the Adamas in its fixed form, if I’m gonna have something that heavy duty I don’t want it to have any weaknesses in its construction at all.

The best knives are the 940 M4 and Manix 2 imo, for Budget def Crkt Fossil, 940 M4 is the best bang for your buck, and Manix is Robust yet comfortable in hand and fidgety

Tried both premium bugouts, the cf and the aluminum, sold both, one felt cheap the other was just boring. Love my Mini Freek and just ordered a Custom 940 to replace my bugouts.
