Art and healing are showcased in Portraits of Recovery, a vibrant display on the Wintrust Mural Building in Chicago featuring creations by three Shirley Ryan AbilityLab patient artists. Tobi, DeMarcus and Savi — who participated in our art therapy program as patients — were chosen to create original murals about how ability has impacted their lives. The mural, on display through mid-January 2025, celebrates our mission of Advancing Human Ability.
