Adjusting Interlock Spring - HS500cc UTV

We bought our Husun 750 in January of 2021. Ever since we had we have had issues with it not going in to reverse gear without lots of force and effort. I have bad wrist so this makes it hard for me to drive so I have tried to contact Hisun several times and have taken to the shop as well. In November we took it in the South Main Iron where we bought it because we heard a loud noise and then it wouldn’t start without you pressing the gas while turning the key on. Once you got it started if you stopped pressing the gas it would die. They have had it pretty much ever since then. They have been trying to get Hisun
to cover the issues under the warranty but they are
refusing. South Main has had employees of Hisun come
out and has shown them the utv and the Hisun employees
have all said they agree that it’s not a user issue. We have
explained to Hisun that we do not go off roaring in this utv
the only thing it does is drive us around our property, and
pull our mower and boom sprayer. I have read many
complaints in here and in google saying others are having
the same issue. So if multiple people are having the issue
then how is it not a manufactured defect? We would like to
have this fixed asap as we have not had our utv for over 3
months or a refund from us paying for the repair. We don’t
have anytime to keep waiting for Hisun to do the right
thing. South Main Iron has done everything they have
asked but it has never been good enough and Hisun
won’t give them an inch.

You didn't adjust anything! You just reattached it. Can you show how to adjust it when it's too loose making it hard to shift into reverse.
